Terms of Service

Last updated July 2026

These terms govern your use of Brikk ("the Service", brikk.zip). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to them.

1. Your account

You sign in with Discord. You're responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your API keys secret. You must be old enough to use Discord in your country.

2. Acceptable use

You agree not to upload, store or share content that:

You also agree not to abuse the Service — for example by attempting to bypass storage quotas, overload the API, or resell hosting without permission.

3. Your content

You keep ownership of everything you upload. You grant Brikk the limited right to store and serve your files so the Service can work (for example, delivering your images over public links you create). You're responsible for having the rights to what you upload.

4. Plans & limits

Each account is on a plan with a storage allowance, a maximum file size and an API-key limit. We may change plans and limits; where a change materially reduces a paid plan, we'll give reasonable notice.

5. Availability

We work to keep the Service running, but it's provided "as is" without guarantees of uptime. Keep your own backups of anything important.

6. Termination

You can stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or remove accounts and content that break these terms, or where required by law. Serious or repeated abuse may result in a permanent ban.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Brikk isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for loss of data. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the last 12 months.

8. Changes

We may update these terms. We'll update the "last updated" date above, and significant changes will be announced on the Service.
