Privacy Policy
Last updated July 2026
This policy explains what Brikk collects and why. We keep it to the minimum needed to run the Service.
What we collect
- Discord profile — your Discord ID, username, avatar and email address, provided when you sign in with Discord.
- Uploads — the image files you upload and their metadata (size, type, dimensions, upload time).
- Usage & security data — your IP address and a log of key actions (logins, uploads, deletions) for security and abuse prevention.
- Cookies — a single session cookie to keep you logged in. No third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To provide the Service — authenticate you, store your images and serve your links.
- To enforce plan limits and storage quotas.
- To keep the Service secure and investigate abuse (using IP and audit logs).
We don't sell your personal data.
Where your data lives
Your account data is stored in our database and your image files are stored on our servers. Public links you create are, by design, accessible to anyone who has the link.
Third parties
We use Discord for authentication — signing in shares your basic Discord profile with us under Discord's own privacy policy. We don't share your data with advertisers.
Retention
We keep your account and images until you delete them or your account is removed. Deleting an image removes it from storage. Audit logs may be retained for a limited period for security.
Your rights
You can view and delete your uploads from your dashboard at any time. To access, export or permanently delete your account data, contact us via the details on brikk.zip. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.
